WARRANTY INFORMATION

National Epoxy Floors, LLC shall warranty its’ coatings against peeling for a period of one (1) year for the original purchaser, from the date of purchase, providing application of the product is in accordance with National Epoxy Floors, LLC’s preparation and application procedures and that the warranty certificate is completely filled out and returned to National Epoxy Floors, LLC within fifteen (15) calendar days of the original purchase date.

This warranty applies only to peeling coatings caused as a direct result of product failure to a properly prepared floor. The sole and exclusive maximum liability of National Epoxy Floors, LLC, its’ owner or owners, agents, employees, assigns and affiliates, under this warranty, will be to replace the appropriate quantity necessary for re-coating the warranted area.

A properly prepared floor is defined as a previously uncoated/ untreated concrete floor, in good condition, where all preparation steps were followed as defined by National Epoxy Floors, LLC written instructions and DVD instruction guide, prior to the application of our coating products.

The expressed warranty set forth in this purchase are in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The purchaser agrees that its’ exclusive remedies, and the entire liability of National Epoxy Floors, LLC, its’ owner or owners, agents, employees, assigns and affiliates with respect to the specified coatings, are set forth in this agreement.

National Epoxy Floors, LLC , its’ owner or owners, agents, employees, assigns and affiliates will not be liable to any customer or to any party for any damages, including any lost profits, bodily injury, property damage or any incidental or consequential damages arising out the use of the floor coating or for breach of any warranty.

NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY:

• Hydrostatic Pressure. Hydrostatic pressure is caused from moisture being present underneath the concrete slab. It causes pressure and can cause blistering, bubbles and other defects in a polymer resin coating system. It is strongly advised that you test your floor for the presence of hydrostatic pressure by following instructions in the instructional manual. • National Epoxy Floors, LLC will not warranty an existing coating adhesion to the concrete if this surface has been previously coated with any type of paint, sealant or epoxy coating system.
  Sub-surface contaminants (oil or other contaminants that can rise up from within the concrete slab) could cause a coating failure.

• Deficient concrete (concrete that breaks apart) and exhibits reduced integrity.

• Wear resistance caused by sand, gravel or other abrasive materials.

• Uncontrolled conditions that could affect the coatings’ appearance such as debris or moisture in or on the coating surface by not protecting the area during the curing process.

• Non-residential applications.
