Return Merchandise Policy

All return requests require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Return requests must be made within thirty (30) calendar days from the original date of purchase. Returns must be in the original sealed, unopened packages. Before shipping your return, the customer must contact National Epoxy Floors, LLC to request a Merchandise Return Authorization Number. You may contact us by completing the Merchandise Return Form or by calling 1-800-635-8781.  All packages returned without a RMA# will be refused by National Epoxy Floors, LLC. A twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged to your account. All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. This RAN # must be clearly written on the top of each returned package.
